A full kitchen with everything you will need including a stove, fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, frying pans, grilling utensils, all dishes, silverware, drinking glasses and dish soap to clean the dishes.  You are welcome to bring your gas grill, but use it on the concrete path, not on the wooden deck please!

No need to bring bedding, it is provided.  With our standard rental, there are two bedrooms.  One bedroom has a king-sized bed; the second has bunk beds (single top with a full bottom).  Sheets and pillowcases for these beds are all provided.  There are pillows, comforters and blankets available to use.

The living area has a 14" TV and a DVD/VCR player.  While we typically do not have cable, you can bring your own movies and video games to watch and play.  Plus, there is a free wireless internet throughout the cabin, and you are free to use it as much as you want.

There is a private bathroom with a shower, stool and sink.  You will be provided with all toiletries - including hand soap, shampoo, towels and toilet tissue.  You will need to bring your toothbrush, toothpaste and other personal items as needed.

Yankton South Dakota and the surrounding area is a recreational area.  Wildlife, fishing, hunting, boating and so much more is found in our area so don't forget your gear.  Take a look at our "Fun Things To Do" page to get an idea of what you should bring, and don't forget to print out our "What to Bring Along?" sheet found on our Trip Checklist page!

We are pet friendly but there will be a pet fee.

There is no smoking allowed in the cabin.  If you have to smoke, please smoke outside, and pick up your cigarette butts before you check out.  Smoking inside the cabin may incur additional fees.

We put in a lot of effort to keep the cabin looking good, so please take care of it as if it were your own, or better yet, maybe just a little bit better!  Clean up the cabin before you leave, so that it looks just like you found it.  Please put everything back in its original place and clean all dirty dishes and put them away.  Please walk the outside and pick up any trash you may have left.  Accidents happen, if you break or damage something, please let me know rather than wait.
